MACHINE BUILDING 1. Slitter Re-winder :- The range encompasses Duplex Centre Surface Slitter Re-winder Single Surface Slitter Re-winder and Two Drum Slitter Re-winder besides specific models for specific applications. Capable of slitting a variety of materials like Paper, PVC Film, Aluminium Foils, Thermally sensitive Paper, Coated Paper, Polyester based Films, Self Adhesive Tapes, etc. The machine is available in width upto 1500 mm. Various options and hi-tech features for specific applications can also be incorporated. 2. Re-winders :- These are high production machines suitable to convert Jumbo Roll to smaller diameter rolls and are available for different materials like Paper, Self Adhesive Tapes, Masking Tapes, Office Tapes, Film & Foils. Features like electronically controlled drive, auto-cut off, mechanical clutch for fine adjustment etc. can be provided. 3. Super Calender :- To date, we have manufactured 7 Bowls Calender with 1 mtr. width having high-tech features like application of nip pressure pneumatically and motorized lifting and lowering arrangement. 4. Drying Tunnel for Paper Coating Machines :- High impact flow through specially designed jets forms the basis of the drying tunnel. This design is nearly 3 to 4 times more efficient and energy saving. 5. Rotary Reel to Sheet Cutter :- Shearing is done through Rotary action of the Blade. The notable feature is the ease of changeover of shearing lengths. Available with any number of Unwind Stations. 6. Laminating Machines :- The range includes Wet & Dry Lamination. Special hot-melt coating-cum-lamination besides other general-purpose adhesive coating & for specific applications. 7. Industrial Shredding Machine :- The range of Industrial Paper Shredding Machine in the form feed opening of 100 mm and from 2 / 3 sheets to 60 / 70 sheets at a time. Conveyor Belt system to facilitate feeding is also provided. 8. Continuous Computer Stationery :- Designed and manufactured with the state of the art technology, we have developed Modules for Sprocketing ( Punching ), Perforation and Collating Section of Continuous Computer Stationery. These can be adapted on-line with any existing machine or can be used independently. |
